Rocks n Rituals prices and list of available treatments are detailed below. Please note, Debi only sees private clients once a month on a Saturday and once monthly on a Monday. These monthly clinics book up months in advance so please ensure you book early - in particular if you buy a gift voucher as they are only valid for 12 months. Please note all clinics are fully booked now for the rest of 2019 however cancellations may become available so please do join the waiting list if you would like an appointment but can't find a suitable time. Terms & Conditions Please visit our Terms of Service page for full terms of business How to Book The preferred way to book is by using the online service. You can pick the treatment of your choice and select a day/time that suits you and make your payment online if you wish, to save you having to bring cash on the day. The online service will then email Debi and she will confirm your appointment with you by return. You need to allow 12 hours notice for the appointment. If you wish to have an appointment within 12 hours then please ring Debi and she will arrange one for you where possible. Please note the online booking service is called 10to8.com and you will receive automated emails or texts from that service to remind you of your appointment. Online - To book online click here to be taken to the booking site (opens in a new window). Telephone - To ring please call Debi on 077 2960 0085. Please note Debi is not always able to answer calls as she may be with a client. If she is unable to answer please ensure you leave your name and telephone number clearly on the voice message so she can return your call. You can also request appointments by emailing debibarr@rocksnrituals.co.uk - please note the preferred option for booking appointments is the online system. Rescheduling or Cancelling your Appointment If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can use the online booking service to do so as detailed above. Alternatively simply give Debi a ring, text or email and she will sort it out for you. It would be appreciated if you could give 24 hours notice if cancelling, where possible. In the event you are running late for your appointment it would also be helpful if you would text or ring to let Debi know so she can notify other clients who have appointments after you. This helps to stop the diary running late! Missed Appointments Policy In the event you miss your appointment and you haven’t let Debi know then the full fee for the missed appointment will be charged. This will be sent to you by way of PayPal invoice and is payable within 7 days of the missed session. If you paid online at the time of booking, no invoice will be sent and no refund will be made. How to Pay You can pay on the day of your appointment by cash or card. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Cheques are not accepted. You can also pre-pay at the time of booking when you use the online system if you prefer. This is the preferred option and should be used where possible. Appointment Times You should usually allow an hour for your appointment and if having a combination treatment then allow at least an hour and a half to two hours. Client Questionnaire If you have booked an appointment for the first time and require an online version of the Client Information Questionnaire to fill in then please click here to download it. Please note the document will open in your browser. Please save it to your device and then open it with Adobe Reader which is available as a free download. Any changes you make will not be saved unless you complete the fields in Adobe Reader. You will need to save the document in Adobe and then email it back to Debi before your appointment. |
