Using art to re-work limiting beliefs, clear stuck emotions, become more mindful, reduce stress and tension, and to create positive affirmations, new intentions and vision boards for goal settings and manifestation.

One to One Private Sessions

1:1 sessions are tailored as life coaching with art - colouring, drawing, painting or being creative helps to reframe thought patterns and beliefs, helping to shift out-dated ways of thinking and to remove old limiting beliefs that hold you back from living the life you want to lead. All art materials will be provided.  

£65 per session (1½ -2 hours).

Group Sessions

Create mandalas and other mindful art pieces in a group environment. Unleash your creative side - it doesn’t matter if you think you “can’t draw” or don’t think you are artistic. Full support is given. You can colour mandalas, create your own free form mandala or piece of artwork, use colouring pencils, crayons, paint, pastels, magazine cuttings, markers - whatever works for you to express yourself. The 2 hour sessions are informal gatherings of like-minded people who want to spend time creating and uncovering their inner artist - let your inner child out to play! All art materials will be provided.

6 places @ £15 per head. 2 hour workshop - weekday mornings/afternoons available

Corporate Events

Group sessions can be tailored for employees or societies to help with team bonding, stress reduction, and creativity in the workplace. Talk to me about your team’s needs and we can work out a tailored plan to suit your specific requirements. All art materials will be provided.
