Code of Conduct

RocksNRituals has prepared this policy to provide guidance to our customers

Professionalism & Code of Practice

Rocks n Rituals therapists shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner and be respectful to clients at all times. Therapists will only practice within the discipline they are qualified for and if in training will confirm this to the client at the time. Rocks n Rituals’ primary concern is for the client and their well-being and our therapists shall practice to the best of their ability at all times. Rocks n Rituals take great care to be completely objective in their judgement and any recommendations that are given, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of the client.

Clients suffering from medical conditions will be prompted to seek advice from their GP before commencing any alternative therapy treatments. Rocks n Rituals therapists will never promise to cure nor will they diagnose conditions or give unqualified medical advice. Rocks n Rituals therapists will always act in a co-operative manner with other health care professionals and refer cases, which are out of the sphere of the therapy field in which they practice.

All therapists hold the relevant professional indemnity and public liability insurance required to practice and will ensure they work in hygienic, safe environments complying with all current relevant legal requirements.

Confidentiality

Rocks n Rituals is committed to maintaining the highest degree of integrity in all dealings with potential, current and past clients, both in terms of normal client-therapist confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received in the course of providing therapy services.

Rocks n Rituals always conduct services honestly and honourably, and expect our clients and suppliers to do the same. Our advice, assistance and the methods imparted through our therapy practices, take proper account of ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of our clients and suppliers.

Duty of Care

Rocks n Rituals actions and advice will always conform to relevant law and current therapy practice, and Rocks n Rituals believe that all businesses and organizations, including this business, should avoid causing any adverse effect on the human rights of people in the organizations we deal with, the local and wider environments, and the well-being of society at large.
